Overview

A sales view is a saved set of filters that defines a list of companies. Views are the foundation for many Sales Agents features: scoring uses views as its target audience, stakeholder discovery runs across views, and AI property auto research targets companies in views.

Default views

Two default views are available in every workspace:
  • My Companies — Filtered to companies you own.
  • My People — Filtered to contacts you own.
Default views cannot be renamed, deleted, or have their configuration modified.

Create a view

  1. Open the view selector dropdown in the toolbar.
  2. Click Create new view.
  3. Enter a name for the view.
  4. The view is created with no filters. Add filters to define which companies appear.

Filters

Use the filter bar above the table to narrow which companies appear in the view. Filter types include:
  • Owner — Filter by the assigned sales rep.
  • Company properties — Name, domain, industry, employee count, country, annual revenue, and other firmographic attributes.
  • Enriched company data — Data from enrichment providers.
  • Deal properties — Filter by deal attributes (stage, amount, close date, etc.).
  • AI properties — Filter by AI-researched property values.
Active filters appear as chips in the filter bar. When your filters differ from the saved view, two options appear:
  • Discard changes — Revert to the saved filters.
  • Save for everyone — Update the view’s filters for all users. A split button also offers Save as new view to create a copy instead.

Table columns

The sales dashboard displays companies in a table with these columns:
ColumnDescription
CompanyCompany name, domain, and logo. Always visible.
StageCurrent lifecycle stage. Toggleable.
ScoreAccount intelligence score. Toggleable.
30 Days ActivityTouchpoint activity timeline. Toggleable.
Delphi ScoresCustom scoring model columns (when configured). Toggleable.
Toggle column visibility using the Columns button in the toolbar.

Sorting and pagination

Click any column header to sort. The table supports multi-column sorting. Results are paginated — use the navigation controls at the bottom to move between pages.

Managing views

From the view selector dropdown, hover over any custom view to access actions:
  • Rename — Change the view’s name.
  • Duplicate — Create a copy of the view with all its filters and settings.
  • Delete — Permanently remove the view.

View configuration

Click the gear icon next to the view selector to open the configuration dropdown. This is where you enable features that run across the entire view.

Rescoring

Rescore all accounts triggers a full rescore of every company in the view. Available to admin users. See Scoring.

CRM sync

Sync to CRM pushes view data to your connected CRM. Configure destinations (Salesforce or HubSpot, production or sandbox) with options for:
  • Upsert mode — Create new records or update existing ones.
  • Sync merged companies — Include merged company records.
  • Status tracking — View last sync date, status (success, partial, or error), and error summaries.

  • Default views (“My Companies”, “My People”) cannot be modified or deleted.

  • Rescoring and account plan generation require admin access.
  • CRM sync requires an active CRM integration (Salesforce or HubSpot).

FAQ

Views are workspace-wide. When you save a view, it is visible to all team members. Use “Save for everyone” to update filters for all users, or “Save as new view” to create a personal variant.
A warning appears when saving filter changes to a view used by Delphi scores. Changing filters affects which companies the model scores going forward.
Click the Download CSV button in the toolbar to export all companies in the current view as a CSV file.
All custom views are shared across the workspace. Use the “My Companies” default view for a personal filtered list, or create views with owner filters to segment by rep.
