Step 1: Modify permissions to allow installation

Every sales rep who needs to see the iFrame in Salesforce must be added as a viewer in HockeyStack.- In HockeyStack, go to Workspace Settings (under logo in sidebar) > Team
- Click Invite in ‘Team Members’ section
- Enter the rep’s email and set their role to Viewer
- Repeat for each rep who needs iFrame access
Step 3: Click “Upload iFrame” in HockeyStack
- Go to Atlas > Integrations
- Click on Salesforce “Configure” button, in the CRM section
- Click on “Upload iFrame”

Step 4: Install HockeyStack components in Salesforce
The upload deploys two components to your Salesforce org:- HockeyStack — for embedding on record pages (Account, Contact, Lead). Shows account intelligence or contact/lead timelines contextually based on the record you’re viewing.
- HockeyStack Full App — for adding HockeyStack as a standalone tab or full page. Loads the complete HockeyStack dashboard inside Salesforce.
- In Salesforce, click the Settings icon (top-right), then Open Advanced Setup.
- In the left search bar, type Lightning.
- Under User Interface, select Lightning App Builder.
- Choose the record page you want to edit (e.g. Account Record Page), then click Edit.
- On the left panel, scroll down to the Custom section.
- Find HockeyStack, then drag and drop it to the desired location on your page.
- Click Save, then Activate the page if prompted.
- In Salesforce, click the Settings icon (top-right), then Open Advanced Setup.
- In the left search bar, type Lightning.
- Under User Interface, select Lightning App Builder.
- Click New, select App Page, and give it a name (e.g. “HockeyStack”).
- Choose a One Region layout.
- On the left panel, scroll down to the Custom section.
- Find HockeyStack Full App, then drag and drop it onto the page.
- Click Save, then Activate. When prompted, choose to add it to your Lightning app’s navigation bar.
